Please note our order policies and conditions of use:

1. Order
You can order CDs in our CD Store and Downloads in our Download store.
Payment methods are: credit card payment (Master Card, VISA, AmEx etc.) and also bank transfer via Paypal or Click & Buy.
For Downloads, the only payment option is via Paypal (credit card payment (Master Card, VISA, AmEx etc.) and also bank transfer).

For marketing or advertising requests (which may include promotional material, licensing- and partnership requests) you can email us to info@worldsound.eu

3. Prices
All prices are outlined in Euro incl. 20%IVA.

4. Payment
We accept payment by Paypal and Click & Buy.
Paypal (more info...) and Click & Buy (more info...) are two different trustworthy companies, specialized in processing secure internet payments worldwide.
You can pay by Credit Card (Master Card, VISA, AmEx etc.), Bank transfer and other methods.

Downloads can only be payed by PayPal.

5. Shipping
Your CD order will leave our stock usually within 2 - 3 working days. If any delay of more than 14 days should occur we will inform you instantly. Please note that shipping may take up to 2 or 3 weeks depending on the destination's distance from Portugal.

Replacement for missing transmissions due to incorrect shipping information is not carried out by World of Sound Records.

Sometimes it can occur that an article is currently not on stock. In this case we will inform you. As soon as the missing part of the order is available again, we will deliver it free of shipping costs.

The shipment takes place via the regular Portuguese mail servise: "CTT CORREIOS Portugal".

6. Shipping prices
There are no minimum order quantities required. Packaging and handling are included in the shipping price.

The shipping fee is calculated based on the standard rates of the "CTT CORREIOS Portugal", depending on the shipping weight, the packaging format and the destination country.

If you find that your country is not included in our shop, please send us an Email.

7. Right of revocation / Return / Cancelling
You have the right to send back the goods up to 7 days after receipt without reason. CDs can be returned only in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
Unsealed CDs are excluded from the conversion, except the CD has a manufacturing failure.

Please note:
Postage and packing costs for return has to be overtaken by the customer.
